  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Limit quantities purchased by an individual customer.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. Returns & Defective Products

The Wardrobe Weaver accepts returns or replacements only if:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.

Customers must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Submit a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • Shipping label
    • Entire unboxing process
    • The defect or incorrect product

Photo evidence alone is not accepted.

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.

Approved claims will be processed according to our Return &Refund Policy.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

7. Payments

We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be processed.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
