At The Wardrobe Weaver, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
Minimum Shipping Charges

Note: Shipping charges may increase for heavier shipments. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS (where applicable) along with your tracking details.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Wardrobe Weaver is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing weaverthewardrobe@gmail.com.
A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims. Requests without a valid unboxing video or made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver orders on time, The Wardrobe Weaver is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Other unforeseen events beyond our control
